  • What’s the main difference between Vivre à Valencia and an estate agent?

The main difference is that an estate agent works to sell you the property whereas Vivre à Valencia works for you, as the buyer. Our only objective is to help you find the property of your dreams.

  • Where do you offer your services? 

Our services are offered in the whole of the Valencian Community, with special attention on the province of Valencia and its surroundings.


  • Can everything be done online?

Yes, our objective is to modernise and digitalise all the administrative processes meaning you save time on money on unnecessary journeys. In some instances, it may be necessary to delegate legal proceedings to our partners so that we can effectively represent you here in Spain.


  • Do you only focus on the purchase of the property or all the administrative proceedings involved in my project?

We take care of everything that involves the search for housing: from the visits of the property to the signing of the contract. Depending on your personal situation, we will advise and accompany you in all the necessary administrative procedures (NIE, account opening, registration). 


  • Are the administrative document only written in Spanish or are they also available in English? 

The paperwork is only available in Spanish but we are with you to verify and explain the documents to you.


  • Will I need to look for a lawyer to finalise the contract or do you take care of this?

Our team has professionals from each sector. You don’t need to worry about anything.


  • We are a family of five with three school aged children and we want to move to Valencia for the beginning of the next school year, can you help us in this situation?
